fav'ed. because i ALWAYS do carry excessive items.....
it seems i am the only fallout 3 player carries excessive items and that fact quite shames me:/
many hostiles can be encountered during slow-travel give way many experiences...even before i finish all side quests, and that makes game less funny.....i almost wish long haul perk can be obtained in FO3 as well.

hostiles aren't that dangerous.....(except those cursed mutant overlords...more annoying than deathclaw)but whenever i murder them they grant TOO many experiences.....and it disappoints me. nevertheless...30 lv capacity is moderate but main quests grant way many experiences and it makes game less funny.
